About Us

Supportech is an IT company based in Newport, South Wales. We specialise in providing custom support services, Web Site Design, Networking and Bespoke Solutions for Small-Medium Sized businesses and home users in South Wales and the South West of England.

SupporTech was set-up in September 2000 by Rob Edmunds, Previously Rob had worked for NTL as IT Support Supervisor and played an integral role in the Setup and Running of NTL`s National Consumer Services Callcenter. Rob then went on to work for IBM as a Field Based Project Engineer working for many large Blue-Chip companies accross the UK such as Lloyds TSB, Case New Holland, Pfizer and Thompson Tours to name but a few.

Since Setting up, SupporTech has provided services to numerous new business startups, as well as many  established companies.
